Chicago Book signing with Buckingham Interiors

I have been off the book signing road for a couple months. But I kicked it back in gear to travel to my old stomping grounds: Chicago. It was such a pleasure to be hosted by Julia Buckingham and her amazing staff. First off the showroom is G_O_R_G_E_O_U_S. Did I mention I wanted everything in it? What a great place to host a party. I loved meeting everyone and the food, flowers and vino were just well picture perfect.This thank you goes out to my girlfriends that made the trek on the train from Milwaukee (my hometown). We had such a wonderful day lunching at Ralph Lauren on Michigan Avenue.Kathy and Marlene took such good care of me during my signing introducing me to everyone and getting me water and making sure everyone had a book. Fair to say ladies... you are coming on the road with me!I got to see some friends from Atlanta as well, so it was a memorable highlight from my book tour.I had a lively conversation with Joline Rivera, art director for Sweet Paul Magazine (one of my favorite publications out there!). Turns out we had a million people in common, don't you just love when that happens?Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and kind heart Julia!
