crush on {denim}

{this is my jam}

i am so happy that denim is making a big come back. recycled jeans have always been a piece of clothing
near and dear to me. when i was 17 there was a super hip store in my town {at least i thought it was the hippest store in the world} they sold recycled jeans, these were jeans that were patchworked and cut and sewn together in an artistic way. i was obsessed with buying a pair and eventually saved up enough to buy a pair. i thought my dad was going to faint when i told him how much i paid for them.
my dad could not wrap his head around paying a huge amount of money for something that looked like a homeless hippy would wear them , needless to say they became my most prized possession.
