Crushing on: Artisan Goods

I wanted to start a new column where I share what I'm currently "crushing on." Right now I'm all about handmade artisan goods that I can stock my pantry with. Whether I'm planning for a dinner party, cocktail hour, or putting together gifts... I love to start small. I love small business and finding cool and unique brands that maybe some of my friends aren't familiar with. Great packaging never hurts either! Here's what I'm loving right now:
  • Ginger Syrup. Amazing for cocktails and made of simple ingredients: ginger and cane sugar. I love the gorgeous amber bottle and letterpressed label. So lovely. This syrup is made out of the Morris Kitchen in Brooklyn.

  • Love Bar. Cacao is one of my go-tos. The shop is gorgeous but if you don't live in Atlanta, you can now have the bars shipped to you. Their love bars are one of their staples. Each bar is made by hand with the finest ingredients. They use cocoa beans that are grown and sun-dried in the Dominican Republic and each bar is made with only a few ingredients. They are divine. Go and buy yourself one!

  • ChocoHigos. Chocolate covered figs. Need I say more? These are great to set out at parties with some cheese and wine. They also make a great gift. Hand-dipped and made in Valencia Spain.

  • Slingshot Coffee. I just recently discovered Slingshot Coffee. This cool company is based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Their cold brewed coffee is ready to drink, find some fun recipes here. Obsessed with the packaging.
