This week I had the opportunity to visit the Martini factory, some of you know the brand as Martini and Rossi, in Europe and most of the world it's simply known as
Martini. The factory located outside Turin is beautiful, built upon the foundation of the original factory which was a mansion with a vast wine cellar that acted as the test lab as it were, for the formulation of the original vermouth recipe. As most of you know I am a big fan of cocktails and
aperitivo, so the opportunity to sample all the products in this beautifully appointed environment was to say the least very inspiring. I had the great pleasure of tasting various cocktails with friends
Wendy and
Scott in tow. What a wonderful day spent with innovative and passionate people. One of the favorite summer drinks we tried was the Martini Royale Bianca! It's a premixed cocktail or you can make it!
