When I started blogging, I really started because everyone told me I had lots to share.

My experiences as a stylist made for interesting blog posts. As you know I love to cook, so recipes were natural posts! But I never realized how many people not only wanted some guidance on how to cook or style their home, but were also interested in my life, my tips and my work. So I have been writing it all down and sending it all into the blogosphere. All of you have been wonderful and supportive through it all.

So when my dear friend Shameeka Ayres, asked me to serve on the Advisory Board of Lavish a Lifestyle Blogger Unconference.

I jumped at the chance to meet people like me, and help Shameeka create the best event ever.

Held here in my hometown I will participate and share styling tips, and some secrets(sshhhhh)...My sessions will be informative and fun, with some surprises.

So please join me for a very cool weekend, a meeting of the best blogger minds from all over the world ~ I look forward to meeting and working with you all. It promises to be a great adventure....who knew when I wrote my first blog post, it would bring me here to this amazing opportunity....it's true what they say this is a new frontier and I am just thrilled to be among the pioneers.
