Happy Holidays Make it Green ~keep it simple ~keep it fresh

My suggestion is to cut things right out of your garden, using a large vase, this creates a dramatic statement, as well as being affordable,and green.

You may wonder how we get the shots we do,we often need to move light fixtures out of the way, thanks Andrew.

Holiday Decor, making it green means recycle, and reuse...I was asked to create a eco-friendly holiday for Traditional Home Magazine. This involved using decor that was natural.

I used fruit, fresh greens, and flowers and berries, along with recycled wrapping paper and handmade ribbon.

My philosophy about the holidays is that a green holiday is one of the easiest things to achieve.

My suggestion is to use fresh flowers, fresh greenery, and fruit to decorate your home this season. Of course bring out all of your stored decor from previous seasons and add it to these fresh elements.

Keep it simple keep it green.
