how's it going? {juicing day: 10}
Wow I am almost halfway there. I have to say everyday I have more energy. I can feel my body lighten, I am having better workouts. One of things I always notice is that I sweat more during workouts when I am juicing. I am not sure why and I really don't care. I just know that my skin is glowing {my trainer even commented on it} there's a skip in my step and my workouts. I sleep like a baby I am alert all day. What does this tell me?? Simply put, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! Good nourishing raw food = loads of natural energy. You know I am addicted to espresso, but this month I am reconsidering my caffeine intake. Maybe the my morning shot is all I need.
