I'm so excited to have the adorable Amy Mikkelson with us today. She writes a really fun blog,
Your Southern Peach, and is the contributing food/cocktail blogger for
Society Social. She's a mom of two boys that knows how to entertain (love that!). She's old school, appreciates the finer things in life, and is my kind of girl. Take it away, Amy!
Hello, I'm Amy, Atlanta native and cocktail enthusiast. September is one of those transitional months when I'm ready for the season to change but inevitably, the summer heat lingers here in Georgia. While I dream of warm spiked ciders and crackling fires, this cool Limoncello-Gin cocktail seems a bit more appropriate for the moment. It's light and refreshing but the earthiness of the gin seems to embrace fall while the Limoncello hints of the approaching citrus season. Cheers to savoring summer and welcoming autumn!
