Mid-afternoon Energizing Smoothies

Energizing SmoothiesThis is the last post for Juice January...we did it!!!  21 days...it went super fast right? You have hopefully learned a couple things. One thing you have definitely learned is that the goal of drinking a smoothie or a juice is to make sure you're drinking the rainbow. These 2 mid-afternoon energizing smoothies are a great pick-me-up in the afternoon. I love them both and switch them off everyday.TIP: I actually make them ahead and put them into the freezer in individual cups and bring them to work with me. They thaw by the time I am ready to enjoy them. Make a few extras and have them once a day, even though you're technically finished with your cleanse. You did a great job! Happy Juice January! I hope you enjoyed 21 days of clean eating...keep it up until next year...xx
