Off to Italy!

We are off to Italy for our Anniversary next weekend. We bought a flat in an old monastery in a beach town on the Italian Riviera about 3 years ago. Renovating it was a daunting task at best. My Italian improved with each year that passed.
It was well worth it as we spend as much time there as we possibly can.

Cooking in my groovy Italian kitchen is always super fun ! Beautiful fresh ingredients are always available at the local markets. Just a simple salad becomes a culinary experience with all the best veggies, cheeses and wonderful olive oil + freshly baked foccacia bread. Healthy and clean!
