I tried the Pavlova in Saveur Magazine last night for dessert. My son helped me in the kitchen yesterday. We had a great time. He is 15 and is interested in learning how to cook. Pavlova is his favorite dessert.

My dear friend Jerry comes for Sunday supper most Sundays.Pavlova is one of his favorites too.

He loves all my food, and tells me everytime I cook, that "this is the best dinner I have ever made". He cracks me up.

He truly enjoys my cooking, which of course makes me very happy. You may recognize him from our great adventures in Mykonos.

He is one of dearest friends and one of my biggest fans.

I will say , the Pavlova recipe in the Saveur Magazine (August 2009) is one of the best Pavlova recipes I have ever made. I did leave out the lemon curd, as my daughter (who is home from College) is not a big fan of lemon. Try this easy and delicious recipe for your family and friends, it was a HUGE hit.
