Quick Party Tip: Make Your Own Labels

Quick Party Labels | Annette JosephHappy friday! Can you believe it's already here?! I am currently in NYC. You may have seen on instagram (#BHGstyle) that I had the pleasure of serving on a fabulous panel at the BHG Stylemaker Event last night with Eddie Ross, Maxwell Ryan of Apartment Therapy, and Kayce Hughes. SO much fun and I met so many amazing people. More on that next week!Heading into the weekend... here's a fun and super fast label project I did for guests at the baby shower Alex and I hosted last weekend. We used these cute tags to name the dishes as well as write brief descriptions of the games that we played. You could use this quick trick for all kinds of festivities. Make sure to send me some pictures here if you use my tutorial!Quick Party Labels | Annette JosephYou will need:

  • scissors
  • pencil
  • craft paper in coordinating colors of your decor
  • clothes pins
  • thin line sharpie
  • cookie cutter in a shape that best fits your theme
  • .Instructions:Trace the shape  you desire using the cookie cutter as the template. Cut out the shapes, mine is a "onesie" since that was our theme. Using the clothes pin, clip the bottom of the shape and mark and place next to food item, game or anything else you might want to describe. That's it! Have a great weekend!Quick Party Labels | Annette Joseph
