With Christmas around the corner I thought it would be fun to share this DIY for some inspiration! This cute couple from Savannah didn't know they had that gorgeous brick fireplace until they started trying to repair the drywall which kept crumbling and then exposed the historic Georgia-clay brick. They loved it and worked around it to tie the new mantle in with the history of the once covered brick. It now serves as the centerpiece for their holiday decorating. We played it up with an over-sized wreath and classic poinsettias. So festive!
