The Yoga Experience with Julie Montagu
We pulled it off! 2 weeks of La Fortezza Women’s Retreats and it was full of yoga and wellness with Julie Montagu, Super Yogi and Wellness Coach. We had an incredible 2 weeks with Julie and our guests. It’s honestly one of the best retreats we’ve ever had. The guests were beyond lovely. I was sorry to see them leave and I hope they all come back.
Julie taught yoga twice a day, once in the morning and an evening session. Our chef and his assistant took our group for a hike and picnic. I did foraging and floral arrangements, cocktail charcuterie and pasta lessons. They lounged at the pool and we even had a bocce tournament. Prizes were given to MVP and Most Improved. We had a pizza party and cocktail party at the pool and Thai massages. We enjoyed local dishes at a restaurant in town. It was a blast.
Thank you to Julie for her participation. We really appreciate you. You brought sunshine, light and awareness to our group. This was a great way to start off the retreat season.
