I know on Friday's I usually write about my
cookbook collection. Since I am writing this from my kitchen in Italy I thought I would share some of the cookbooks I have here in my library. I brought a few classics and a few American favorites like Mario Batali, Alice Waters, Dean and Deluca and some light reading from Anthony Bourdain.I have a few Italian favorites as well, like Cotto e Mangiato, which is Italys version of Rachel Ray. One of my favs is
Piano Piano Pieno a slow food cookbook from Tuscany.

I will be posting recipes and food posts for the next few months from over here. Keep an eye out mid July for some incredible food posts as I will be hosting
Giulia Scarpaleggia (an Italian cookbook author) here along with a food photographer currently living in London, Marie Forsberg. You can find her blog
here. We will be cooking up a storm, of course photographing all of it, and posting our adventures for you to share. Have a great weekend and ciao from Italia! xx
